Utilize your sales experience to build strong connections with customers. In this role, you'll conduct sales via video calls, collecting house inventory while establishing rapport with customers. Your goal will be to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that provide reassurance and guidance during their move.
Field Sales Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will visit customers' homes before the move date to inspect the property for parking, access, and itemizing goods. Working closely with an office-based sales rep, you'll ensure accurate quotes are sent via email. Expect to conduct up to 7 home visits per day. Comprehensive training and tools will be provided to equip you for success.
Office-Based Customer Service
If you have excellent communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving, this role is for you. You'll be fully trained in removal knowledge and join a team of move managers, assisting customers over the phone about the move process. Basic IT skills in Office, Word, and Excel, along with other office admin tasks, are required.
3.5 Tonne Removal Drivers
In this role, you’ll do more than just drive. Our drivers are trained to be stackers, excellent move managers, and team leaders, providing top-notch customer service. The role suits an experienced 3.5T Driver who wants to interact with customers and lead a team. Key requirements include:
- Previous experience in removals (ideal but not essential)
- Spoken English
- UK Driving licence
- Good level of fitness
RelayMovers provides full training to ensure you can safely load and deliver valuable household items.
Removal Packer/Porter or Stacker
Join a team where you'll be professionally trained to pack, wrap, load, and unload furniture and heavy goods. This highly personal service involves lots of customer interaction. Your duties will include packing, loading, unloading household effects, and assembling/disassembling furniture. For those looking to advance, RelayMovers offers training to become an LGV Driver, managing your own removals team with a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
HGV & LGV Driver
HGV drivers transport goods locally, nationally, and internationally. As a lorry driver, you'll spend a lot of time on the road and may frequently be away from home. This role involves moving items for suppliers and customers, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
